6. MALFUNCTIONS
Breakdowns that you can fix yourself:
Breakdowns that you cannot fix yourself.
Please have the following information available before contacting technical service:
• The serial number (s/n), as shown on the rating plate
• The control panel has a display showing the error codes. Provide this error
code to the service centre.
Note: This error code can also be found in the control box manual.
EasyReplace option
If your NovoFold is equipped with the EasyReplace option, a damaged door curtain

ATTENTION:
All checks shall be carried out by taking the appropriate security measures:
• Do not check connections with the power on.
• All cable connections and disconnections must be made with the power switched off.
• Check that no one is in the door opening.
