NovoPen

Introduction

The use of NovoPen

3 is a modern way of injecting insulin.

It is accurate and easy to use. You can dial doses in units of

1 from 2-70 units. NovoPen

3 is designed to be used with

Penfill

3 ml and NovoFine

needles.

This booklet contains instructions for using, storing and

cleaning your pen. Please follow them carefully. You should

read these instructions even if you have used NovoPen

before.
Always check that the Penfill

you use contains the correct

type of insulin.
If you are treated with more than one type of insulin

in Penfill

, you should use two NovoPen

devices,

one for each type of insulin.
