Caring for your 
Novolin-Pen® 4

Storage and handling

Novolin-Pen® 4 is designed to work
accurately and safely. It is sturdy but can
still be damaged. 

$

Handle your Novolin-Pen® 4 with
care, do not drop it and avoid
knocking it against hard surfaces.

$

Always remove the needle and
replace the pen cap after use.

$

Protect your Novolin-Pen® 4 against
direct sunlight, water, dust and dirt.

$

When a Penfill® cartridge is inserted,
store your Novolin-Pen® 4 at room
temperature (up to 25°C). Please
read the leaflet in the Penfill® carton.
This will tell you how to store the
Penfill® cartridges and how long to
keep them.

Caring for your Novolin-Pen® 4

Keep your Novolin-Pen® 4 in the case
supplied, whenever possible. 
In the case you can also keep:
- an extra Novolin-Pen® 4 
- an extra Penfill® cartridge 

(in its blister pack) 

- extra NovoFine® disposable 

needles
