Warranty

Your Nova Max Creat eGFR Meter is warranted to be free of material 

and workmanship defects for 3 years from the date of purchase 

(except as noted below). If at any time during the first 3 years after 

purchase your Nova Max Creat eGFR Meter does not work for any 

reason (other than as described below), it will be replaced with a 

new Meter, or a substantial equivalent, free of charge.

Limitations on Warranty: This warranty is subject to the following 

exceptions and limitations:

1.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

2.   This warranty does not apply to units which malfunction or are 

damaged due to obvious abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, 

unauthorized maintenance, or failure to operate Meter in ac-

cordance with instructions.

3.   We have no knowledge of the performance of the Nova Max 

Creat eGFR Meter when used with Test Strips other than Nova 

Appendix
