Insert the bayonet connector of the needle module into the opening of the handpiece as
shown below. You can insert the needle module aligned in any direction.

Twist the needle module clockwise until you can feel resistance.
The needle module is now firmly placed in the handpiece.

Check for a secure seat of the needle module.

To remove the needle module, twist it counter-clockwise and remove it from the handpiece.
5.7 Fitting the hygiene sheath
To protect the handpiece and connection cable during the treatment from contamination with
bodily fluids, or from companion products that have been contaminated with bodily fluids, the
handpiece should be covered with a hygiene sheath with a diameter of 20 to 27 mm. That
corresponds to a sheath width of approx. 30 to 45 mm.
Proper application of the hygiene sheath:

Slide the hygiene sheath completely over the connection cable and the handpiece.
