Attach Bottom Plate (J) assembly to Base Support (I) using four #2
Bolts. Align Storage Compartment (C) with legs of Base Support (J) and
secure using four #3 Screws. Secure top of Concession Stand Tier (O) to
Storage Compartment (C) using the remaining three #11 Screws.
Assembly of Wheels
1.
Place #6 Flat Washer onto Axle Rod (F), and insert into Wheel (G).
2.
Put #7 Flat Washer on end of inserted Axle Rod (F), and guide Axle
Rod (F) into pre-drilled hole on outside of Base Support (I).
3.
Secure Axle Rod (F) on inside of Base Support (I) with #7 Flat Washer
and #8 Nut Cap. Tighten assembly with Wrenches (H).
4.
Repeat on other side, following the directions above.
