Use the CICM Feature menu

Navigating the Feature menu
Follow these steps to access Centrex IP Client Manager (CICM) Feature
menu, which is used to add or edit feature key associations. See
Using the
main menu (page 33) to access the Feature menu.
The CICM adminstrator assigns the features. Changing your feature key
associations does not create new functionality.
Prerequisites
You must be logged on, and the handset must be active.
Procedure steps
Step Action
1 From the main menu, select and open
Feature
.
The Feature screen appears.
2 Press
Ok
.
3 Use up and down navigation keys to select a feature key.
4 Press
Ok
to access the list and select an item.
Possible actions are: Assign, Label, Options, and Reset.
5 Select an action and press
Ok
.
The screen for that action appears.
6 To change a key assignment, see Using the Assign menus (page 36) .

To redefine a feature key go to Defining the key type (page 37) .
To enable or disable the
Inbox go to Enabling or disabling the CICM Inbox
(page 38) .
To change the label go to Labeling a feature key (page 39) .
To access the Options menu go to Using the Options menus (page 40) .
To select a language for the
handset display go to Selecting a language (page 46) .
To run a diagnostic check go to Testing the local mode (page 47) .
