Labeling a feature key

Follow these steps to change the label of a feature key.

If you are unsure how to use the dialpad to enter text, see

Enter text using the

dialpad (page 91)

before starting this procedure.

Prerequisites

•

You must first access the Feature menu. To access the menu, see

Navigating the Feature menu (page 35)

Procedure steps

Step

Action

From the Feature menu, select and open

Label

The Label screen appears.

Press

Clear

to delete the label currently associated with the key.

Use the dialpad to enter the new label. Press

Bksp

to backspace if

you need to make a correction.

Press

to save the entry.

You return to the Feature menu.
