After the DN has been entered, press the 

Beare

r softkey until the Bearer Service of Speech is displayed. 

 
Since the first DN, 847-555-4736 has only two Call Appearances and there are three Call Appearances lit, press the third 
CA key to turn that CA off. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
After you completed the DN/CA selections, press 

Save

. The display will now allow you to move to the second DN. 

 
Press the 

Next

 softkey. All of the Call Appearance keys will be unlit. The display will now show
