To open the Dialup Configuration dialog box:

Start Setup, and if prompted, select a unit to configure.

In the Interfaces area, select the dial-up interface and then click Configure.

The Dialup Configuration dialog box opens

Adding a backup phone number

Instant Internet dials the primary phone number first after each successful
connection. However, for those times when the primary dial-up phone number is
busy or fails, you can designate a backup phone number. When Instant Internet
detects a busy signal or problem in dialing the main phone number, it
automatically dials the backup phone number to make a connection.

To add or change a backup phone number for a dial-up connection:

In the Backup box, enter the backup phone number and then click OK.
