Cabinet failure alarm signals (condenser overheat)
Cabinet switched off due to

or other unusual signal on the display may indicate start failure. Disconnect
the cabinet from the mains supply and reconnect it. If the unit does not start
normally, contact the service.
NOTE
4.4.2. Checking temperature settings
1. Press the FNC key briefly.
The text SEtt appears in the display.
2. Press the OK key.
The setpoint value appears in the display.
3. Press the FNC key again to return to normal status.
The normal temperature view also reappears if you do not touch any button for five (5)
minutes.
4.5. Automatic defrosting
The cabinet is equipped with an automatic defrosting device. The NRC-100 unit controls the
operation periods and the defrosting process. Defrosting is performed six (6) times a day (electric
defrosting). Drain water from defrosting is automatically led to a hot gas evaporation tray or to
an electrically heated evaporation sump depending on the cabinet model. The temperature inside
the cabinet rises by a few degrees during defrosting.
5. Cleaning
The following cleaning procedure must be carried out at least twice a year.
The cabinet must not be cleaned while the fans are running. To disable the fans,
disconnect the cabinet from the electricity supply.
NOTE
Evaporators, condensers and parts made of stainless steel may have sharp edges.
Wear protective gloves and work cautiously to avoid cut injuries.
