Remove the Manifold
1.
Disconnect the air line from
the pressure discharge valve.

Disconnect the leads from the
heater terminals and the thermostat.
CAUTION: Use two wrenches, one on
each terminal nut, when disconnecting the
heater terminals. Using only one wrench
can result in damage to the heater.

Remove the two M5 screws and lock
washers, and then remove the backup
and insulator plates.
4.
Loosen, and then partially remove
the three M8 screws that attach the
manifold to the tank.
5.
Pull the manifold away from the tank,
and then remove the manifold from the
back of the melter.
Note:
Remove the tank-to-manifold
cross-over tube if it remains in the tank
outlet after removing the manifold.
