Pressure Transducer Calibration
NOTE:
Pressure transducers are optional on the Pro − Meter V2K
Refer to Screen Descriptions (page 14 − 1) to review illustrative screen
captures.
Pressure transducers are individually calibrated and serial numbered at
the factory.
CAUTION: If the pressure transducer requires replacement, pressure
transducer calibration information has to be entered into the control panel.
1. Obtain factory serial number from pressure transducer.
NOTE: The serial number is stamped on the pressure transducer.
2. Utilize calibration record as a basis to enter control panel calibration
data.
3. Turn control panel OFF.
4. Install new pressure transducer. Refer to
Removal and Installation,
Pressure Transducer [(If Equipped) (page 10 − 44)] for pressure
transducer installation procedure.
5. Connect pressure transducer harness connector to the control panel.
6. Turn ON the control panel.
7. Ensure internal meter pressure is at or near zero psi.
8. Log into HMI Pendant. Refer to
HMI Pendant Login above for HMI
Pendant login information.
9. Proceed to Pressure Sensor Calibration HMI Control Panel Screen .
10. Enter the ‘0 psi Cal’ value and the ’Full Scale psi’ value (250 psi) from
the calibration sheet.
11. Adjust the ’Zero Offset’ until the ’Scaled Pressure’ reads zero.
