4. After the adjustable dumbbells are assembled, inspect them to make sure that they are assembled
correctly. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the adjustable dumbbells.
Extra parts may be included. Place a mat beneath the adjustable dumbbells to protect the floor.

3. Set the dumbbells (F) in the base (B).
Locate the plastic tab (G) in the battery holder
(H) on a dumbbell (F). Pull the plastic tab out of
the battery holder to activate the batteries.
Repeat this step for the other dumbbell (F).
