Angle High Limit (AHL)

This setting is used to define the Upper Set Limit (USL) for a Angle Target. The set value is in degrees,
so for a Target of 90 with an Angle High Limit of 4° the USL = 94. This value is used for PASS/FAIL
(OK/NOK) of the angle result.
