DISASSEMBLING THE ROLL NECK
To disassemble the roll neck, lift the VPS, open the visor completely and remove the
chin guard from the helmet (see instructions above).
3.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions), remove the left front roll neck flap
from the cheek pad; pull the front part of the left cheek pad towards the inside of
the helmet to release the snap fastener located on the left frame (Fig.18). Repeat
the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
3.2 Release the roll neck left eyelet from the left frame (Fig.19). Repeat the same op-
eration on the right side of the helmet.
3.3 Release the left rear flap of the liner from the shell edge by slightly puling the com-
fort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.20). Then repeat the operation
with the central flaps and with the right flap too.
3.4 Remove the roll neck from the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig.24).
3.5 Insert the right, central and left rear flaps of the liner into the corresponding sup-
port seats in the shell edge (Fig.20). Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto
the support.
Warning: ensure that the right and left side flaps of the liner are positioned correctly
in the cavities between the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the outer shell (Fig.22).
Otherwise, repeat operations 1.5 and 2.3.
3.6 Push the padding of the cheek pad at the snap fastener located at the rear part
thereof by hooking it to the hooking seat of the frame fixed to the shell (Fig.18).
Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.

ASSEMBLING THE ROLL NECK
4.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and pull the front part of the left
cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet to release the snap fastener from the
left frame (Fig.18). Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
4.2 Release the left rear flap of the liner from the shell edge by slightly puling the com-
fort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.20). Then repeat the operation
with the central flaps and with the right flap too.
4.3 Insert the roll neck into the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig.24).
4.4 Insert the right, central and left rear flaps of the liner into the corresponding sup-
port seats in the shell edge (Fig.20). Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto
the support.
Warning:
ensure that the right and left side flaps of the liner are positioned cor-
rectly in the cavities between the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the outer shell
(Fig.22). Otherwise, repeat operations 1.5 and 2.3.
4.5 Hook the roll neck left eyelet to the left frame (Fig.19), ensuring that the frame cen-
tral hole is unhindered. Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
4.6 Push the padding of the cheek pad at the snap fastener located at the rear part
thereof by fastening it to the hooking seat of the frame fixed to the shell (Fig.18),
then attach the front flap of the roll neck to the cheek pad. Repeat the same oper-
ation on the right side of the helmet.
-
Do not use the helmet if the VPS has not been assembled properly.
-
Since the VPS does not assure you the same protection as the one provided by
the visor, it has to be used only when the helmet visor is lowered.

DISASSEMBLING THE INNER COMFORT PADDING
To disassemble the inner comfort padding, lift the VPS, open the visor completely and
remove the chin guard from the helmet (see instructions above).
1.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions), remove the left front roll neck flap
from the cheek pad; pull the front part of the left cheek pad towards the inside of
the helmet to release the snap fastener located on the left frame (Fig.18). Repeat
the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
1.2 Release the roll neck left eyelet from the left frame (Fig.19). Repeat the same op-
eration on the right side of the helmet.
1.3 Release the left rear flap of the liner from the shell edge by slightly puling the com-
fort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig.20). Then repeat the operation
with the central flaps and with the right flap too.
1.4 Hold the left front part of the liner and pull it upwards in order to remove the cor-
responding liner flap from the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig.21).
Then repeat the operation with the central front flap and with right flap.
1.5 Remove left and right side flaps of the comfort padding from the cavities between
the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the outer shell (Fig.22).
1.6 Remove the chin strap bands from the liner (Fig.23).
1.7 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.
2
ASSEMBLING THE INNER COMFORT PADDING
2.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and fit it well against the base.
2.2 Insert the chin strap band into the corresponding slot present in the liner at the
cheek pads area (Fig.23). Follow the previous operations on the right side of the
helmet.
2.3 Insert the right and left side flaps of the liner by pushing them into the cavities
present between the inner polystyrene cheek pads and the outer shell (Fig.22).
2.4 Insert the left front flap of the liner into the corresponding seat present on the
support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell and push it downwards until it is com-
pletely hooked. Then repeat the operation with the central flap and with the right
flap too (Fig.21).
Warning:
check the correct assembly of the liner front area by lifting and lowering
the VPS whose movement should be unhindered. Otherwise, repeat operations
1.4 and 2.4.
2.5 Insert the right, central and left rear flaps of the liner into the corresponding sup-
port seats in the shell edge (Fig.20). Push the flaps until they are fully hooked onto
the support.
2.6 Hook the roll neck left eyelet to the left frame (Fig.19), ensuring that the frame cen-
tral hole is unhindered. Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
2.7 Push the padding of the cheek pad at the snap fastener located at the rear part
thereof by fastening it to the hooking seat of the frame fixed to the shell (Fig.18),
