2.2.2 Insert the two pins of the VPS (B and C) in the holes on the terminal part of the lever (Fig. 6).
Note: To use the helmet with the visor and the VPS refer to the instructions contained in the paragraphs

2.2.5 Rotate the latch 90 degrees towards the rear part of the helmet.
2.2.6 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
2.2.7 Check that the latches are tightened properly and that the mechanisms work properly by pulling
the visor and / or the VPS up and down. If necessary, repeat the steps described above.
WARNING: Before using the helmet while riding always check and control that the mechanisms
work properly and have been assembled correctly by pulling the visor and/or the VPS up and down.
WARNING!!!
•
The VPS does not replace the protection guaranteed by the visor.
•
It is recommended not to use the helmet only with the visor assembled but without the VPS
because in this case the visor and the shell of the helmet will not adhere and seal up properly
together and this will cause air and / or water penetration.
•
Do not remove the visor/VPS opening and closing mechanisms from the shell.
•
After each assembly or disassembly procedure of the different parts, check that the visor mecha-
nism and the VPS mechanism work properly by pulling them up and down. If necessary, repeat the
steps described above.
•
If the opening and closing mechanisms of the visor and / or of the VPS are damaged or malfun-
ctioning, please contact a Nolan authorized dealer.
