Problem Causes Solution
Excessive machine vibration. The machine is not on a
proper base. Put the machine on a leveled
and rigid base.
The impeller is unbalanced. Check the quantity, assembled
position and knife weight.
Machine has chocked. Open the cover of the impeller
compartment and remove the
accumulated material.
The chopped material is
threadlike, i.e., the cut is
insufficient. Knives cutting edges is not
good. Sharpen the knives.
Counter knife worn. Invert the position or replace the
counter knife.
Material put in excess inside of
the feeding nozzle. Supply the machine uniformly
and continuously.
Impeller speed incorrect. Check the motor power and
pulleys diameter.
The machine is full-fed. Knives cutting edges is not
good. Sharpen the knives.
Counter knife worn. Replace the counter knife.
Material put is excess inside of
the feeding nozzle. Supply the machine uniformly
and continuously without
exaggeration.
The belt is slipping. Belt very is loosen and/ or dirt
of oil or grease. Adjust the belt tension and clean
the belt.
