Before turning on the ensiling machine

Ensiling machine models

EN-9F3B, EN-12B

EN-

12F4

are supplied without oil in the transmission

gearbox.

Before turning on the machine for the first time,
remove the cover and fill the gearbox with 1 liter of
SAE 140 oil.

Ensiling machines models EN-9F3B and EN-12B, defines the cutting sizes based on a pair of gear
wheels. The figure below shows all the possible cutting settings and the pair of corresponding gear
wheels.

NOTES:

All the cutting gear wheels are numbered.

The gear wheels 6 and 22 (optional) are not supplied with the machine, but they can be purchased
from a Nogueira reseller.
