Nobex Mitre Saw instr uctions
The general purpose is to cut material in exact planes and with
exact angles.

Description of the main parts
The shaping of the saw blade is of importance to obtain a good result and a
minimum of resistance.
There are four different hard point blades available and one bi-metal
blade:

On both Royal 125 and Champion 180 you have full height support from the
extended fences.
Compound action
– patented technique for easy compound mitre cuts. The
saw base has cast slots for making compound mitres. This is achieved by
placing one edge of the work piece into one of the slots on the horizontal
surface and the flat side against the edge of the vertical wall. The angle
against the vertical plane is marked for each slot. (Picture A)
The extended fences on Royal 125 and Champion 180 must be taken off
when making compound mitres.
Pre-set locking
– quick and accurate for 4, 5, 6, 8, and 12-sided frames and
90° cuts. Release the catch that locks the saw blade at a certain angle and
then let it ”click” into the desired angle position.
Stepless locking
– locks at any angle between pre-set stops. Turn the red
lever on the back of the base to lock at a certain angle (not on Proman
110). (Picture B)
