No valves shall be installed in the before and after connecting piping of the safety
pressure relief valve;
4.
Safety pressure relief valve must be equipped with waste cone, waste cone on both sides
of the window should be parallel ground installation;
5.
In order to avoid the pipe, valve weight and pipe thermal stress generated by the force
and torque exceeding the maximum allowable external load of the pump inlet and outlet,
the pipe support must be installed on the suction and discharge pipe.

3.5 Diesel Engine Cooling Water Discharge
1.
If the diesel engine is cooled by heat exchanger, the water after cooling the diesel engine
should be discharged directly to the drainage ditch.
2.
No valve shall be installed in the cooling water discharge line;
3.
The back pressure generated by the cooling water discharge pipeline will affect the
cooling of the diesel engine, excessive back pressure will reduce the cooling water flow;.
4.
If the cooling water discharge pipeline is connected to the suction pipe of the pump,
once the fire pump runs at zero flow for a long time, will result in the pump and diesel
engine seriously be damaged.
