Press Arm Braces R&L
(7) to
Rear Base
(2) using bolting shown.

Lower Frame
using bolting shown.

Loosely bolt
Main Upright
(3) to
Lower Frame
using 2
Lower Plates R&L
(4) and bolting shown.
4.
Bolt
Press Arm
(6) to
Main Upright
&
Press Arm Braces R&L
using bolting shown.
5.
Tighten all bolts which were previously left loose.
6.
Install 2 -
1" x 2" Grips
(AN) where shown. Grips slide on easiest when a solution of soapy water is
first applied. This will dry in a short while and causes no damage to the machine. Do NOT use any
other lubricant.
7.
Remove 2 - 5/8" Locknuts from the shoulder bolts in the
Press Arm
, position the 2 -
Press Arm
Pulley Brackets R&L
(13) over the shoulder bolts as shown and replace the 5/8" Locknuts.
Do not
over tighten the Locknuts
.
8.
Loosely bolt
Top Plate Assy
(5) to
Main Upright
using bolting shown.
