Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
Device is active but not working
Check the charge level.
Check the medication lid sets correctly
Low aerosol or there is no aerosol
Check the medication cup is filled with water
soluable and true medication.
Check the medication cup if there is right
size of medication inside.
Mesh can be cöngest. Put 3
-6 ml of water and
2-3 drop vinegar in to medication cup and
clean the medicaiton cup in order to use next
time and disinfaction it.
Check the charge level.
Check the medication cup sets correctly.
The blue light flashes 5 times and
the device shutdown itself.
The device’s charge is nearly finis
hing. Please
follow the charging instructions.
The blue light flashes 3 times and
the device shutdown itself.
Check the medication cup is in right place.
Check there is medication in medication cup.
If these suggestions doesn’t
solve the problem please don’t try to fix it and ask help
form authorized service.

Warranty Conditions and After Sales Support
The device’s warranty duration is
for 2 years after you buy it. The warranty period of
the medicine container is 6 months from the date of purchase.
The expecting life for this device is 5 years if you follow the instructions in manual charge
and discharge properly.
