Brush Motor Disassembly/Assembly

Disassembly

1  

Remove the brush/pad-holder deck.

2  

At the workbench, remove the screw (A) from 

the reduction unit which has to be disassembled 

3   Remove the hub assembly (B) with a puller 

4   Remove the screws (C) 

5   Remove the gearmotor (D) 

6   Recover the key (E) 

Assembly

7   Assemble the components in the reverse order of 

disassembly
