Piston Guides And Seals
•If the piston guides can`t be removed by
hand, use an internal extractor as shown,
(Bahco 4521N-F).
•Beware not to damage the guides.

•Note the position of the internal extractor.
•Replace the complete piston seal kit.
•Grease the seals and o-rings lightly before
assembly.
•Assemble in correct order. •Check the piston guides for wear and
replace if necessary to extend the lifetime
of the new seals.
