Normal Rotation Brush (4)

Reverse Rotation Brush (3)

 solenoid 

valves are part of the 

Main Control 

Valve

. The 

Main Control Valve

 is 

mounted on the underside of the 

machine, in front of and to the left 

of the scrub deck.

When the 

Normal Rotation Brush 

(4)

 solenoid is energized, it closes 

to direct the oil flow in and out of 

Ports 3

 and

 4

 on the 

Main Control 

Valve

. The direction of oil flow is 

determined by the position of the 

Reverse Rotation Brush (3)

 solenoid 

valve which controls the direction 

of brush rotation.
