TROUBLESHOOTING

Motors do not work
1. Check the battery cables for poor connections
2. Check that the battery charger is connected to the
batteries (optional)
3. Charge the batteries
4. Check the battery charger
5. Check that the autoresetting fuses are not
de-energized
Poor water vacuum
1. Recovery tank full, float shut-off closed
2. Vacuum system locked (squeegee hose or float cage
clogged)
3. Disconnected or damaged vacuum hoses
4. Worn or damaged squeegee lips
5. Tank cover not seated properly
6. Dirty turbine pre-filter
Squeegee-provoked lining
1. Debris under the squeegee lip
2. Worn, nicked or torn squeegee lip
3. Debris on the squeegee lip
TRANSPORT
Transport the machine on a vehicle and fix it with
adequate clamping systems.

Clean the squeegee z
Clean the float grille z
Clean the solution tank z
Clean the solution filter z
Clean the vacuum pre-filter z
Clean the squeegee z
Inspect the tanks and hoses z
Charge the batteries after use z

Check the brush/pad and pad-holder z
Check the vacuum motor operation z
