position, when it is easy to lose sight of subjects.
• When you move the side zoom control toward

after setting the zoom position with the zoom control,
the zoom position moves a specific increment toward
the wide-angle position and the angle of view widens.
• After the angle of view widens, frame the object in the
framing border (

16) and move the side zoom
control toward
g
to return to the zoom position that
was before the snap-back zoom operation.
