5. TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Using a multimeter, always first check the voltage between the terminals:

± 24 Vdc
b and P
± 24 Vdc
M and P
± 24 Vdc
b and V1 or V2
± 5 Vdc
2. If the problem with the unit is not solved, then go through the following list of possible
problems:

negative tone

There is an error in the programming. Erase the programming and
start again.
The installation is still in programming

Exit the programming mode.
The internal unit is not connected

Check the wiring according to

The wires on terminals V1 and V2

Connect the wires correctly to

The cable is too long.

Replace the current cable with
a suitable cable.
The terminal resistors on the internal
video unit are not correctly configured.
Position the terminal resistors
correctly on the contacts.

video unit.
The other
functions
work properly.

Terminal M or P is not connected.

Check the wiring according to
