INTENDED USE
The SAUNIA LED lamp is intended for illumination of housing premises, including those with an increased level of
humidity, such as sauna, bathroom or terrace, and creation of a stylish interior. Several lamps can be connected together in a
row for creation of spectacular illumination compositions. One remote control may be used for controlling several lamps.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Operating voltage 12V DC. For safety reasons, the product should only be operated using the supplied transformer.
Connection to the transformer should only be done using the supplied cable. You may connect 4 lamps into one
transoformer.The connection can be done by connecting two IR-receivers to one transformer and then two lamps should be
connected to each receiver (totally 4 lamps). When connecting several lamps to one transformer, you should avoid
transformer overcharge.
The transformer is intended for use in dry premises only.
In case the cable is damaged, it should be replaced. In case the transformer box, switch or connecting cable is damaged, the
whole transformer should be replaced.
If necessary, consult a specialist-electrician.
INSTALLATION
The transformer is intended for use in dry premises only.
Sufficient space for air circulation should be left around the transformer to ensure cooling of the device.
Do not cover completely or embed the transformer.
For good results, plan thoroughly all installation activities. Make sure that the cable length is sufficient for connection. If
necessary, drill a hole in a wall for placing a cable of sufficient diameter (min 20 mm).
Connect the cable coming out of lighting unit (1) to the RC signal receiver (4).
Connect the transformer (2) to the RC signal receiver (4).
Prior to connection make sure that the data indicated on the information table of the transformer match the supply power
parameters – 230V AC 50Hz.
Pay special care to installation of the product. If necessary, consult a specialist-electrician.
RC SIGNAL RECEIVER INSTALLATION
The remote control (RC) IS signal receiver is intended to be placed in a dry room, it should not be mounted directly in a
sauna. The RC signal receiver may be embedded in such way that it can be easily accessed for maintenance and repairs.
The maximum operating temperature of the RC signal receiver is 60 °C. The infrared sensor of the receiver should be
installed in a sauna in such a way that no stationary obstacles are in front of it, in order to ensure an uninterrupted reception
of the RC signals. The length of IR sensor cable is 2,0 m. Do not keep the remote control (3) in a hot sauna. The remote
control holder should be placed in a dry place at normal room temperature.
