Nieco Corporation - Model JF93G

1. Lift and remove the grease box.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in

the 3-compartment sink.

2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.

all the way into the broiler.
