Blinder
The Blinder flash effect sets all dimmers to 100% and all color mixing channels to
white. The effect is released according to the set release mode.

Tapping one of the buttons on the first column of the matrix sets the blinder
fade out time to 0s, 0.2s, 0.5s, 1s, 2s.

Tapping one of the buttons on the fourth column of the matrix sets the release
mode.
