8 - MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLATION
Measurements are taken from the center of the gate
hinge.
Determine whether the operator will be a left hand or right
hand installation.
Calculate the position of the bracket using the chart provided.
The chart serves to establish the dimensions A and B and the
value of the maximum opening degree of the gate.
The dimensions shown for (dim. A and dim. B.) should be
adjusted as necessary depending upon the post size or hinge
location.
Remove the cover from the motor assembly and store in a safe
place with screws.

Mount the bracket as shown, being careful to check that the
bracket is level.
The mounting bracket needs to be securely mounted to the
hinge post or equivalent mounting surface. In order to achieve
the correct articulation, geometry and rate of speed of the
gate it is critical that the measurements are followed.
