Recovery from poor sensitivity
Make checks in the following order:
(1) Check the quantities of dripped reagents.
In the case of NG, replace the reagent pump tube.
(2) Check the tube position of the V2 valve (drain tank).
In the case of NG, put the tube between the protrusions on the left.
(3) Reprepare the standard solution and stannous chloride solution, and make a
measurement using a method without pretreatment.
In the case of NG, follow the procedure of (4).
(4) Clean sample containers and reprepare pretreatment reagents.
Carry out the ultrasonic cleaning of sample containers with 0.1N NaOH for 30
minutes and then with HNO3 (1:10) for 30 minutes.
Since NaOH and HNO3 that have been kept for a long time may be contaminated,
we recommend that they be prepared when they are necessary.
In the case of NG, follow the procedure of (5).
(5) Replace the reagent tubes, cap, bubbler and dehumidifier tube (components in
periodic replacement kit).
In the case of NG,
inform our service department.
