Daily inspection

Instrument

“READY” shall be displayed
after the instrument and
personal computer software
are started up and the
countdown is completed.
Check the connection of cables.
Check the setting of the IP.
Reagent tubes
Any tube shall not be
disconnected.
Connect the tube(s).
Reaction
tubes
There shall be no dirt.
Replace the tube(s).
Dehumidifier
tube
There shall be no dirt.
Clean the pipe.
Drain tank
The tank shall be empty.
Drain the liquid.
V2 valve
The tube shall be between the
protrusions on the left.
Modify the position of the tube.
Self-check
“Fail” shall not occur.
Check a relevant part.
Effluent tank
The tank shall be empty.
Drain the liquid.
Quantities of
reagents
The reagent bottles shall have
necessary quantities of the
reagents.
Supply the reagent(s).
Reagent filling
Each reagent tube shall be
filled with the reagent.
Check the tube connection.
Replace the reagent pump
tube(s).
Replace the reagent pump(s).
Inspection after
measurement
Visual
inspection
The test liquid shall not be
brown after the measurement
of a standard sample.
Supply hydroxylammonium
chloride and check the
concentration.
Check the stirring bar.
Blank value
The measured “AREA” value of
distilled water shall be 0.3 or
less.
(At the time of a measurement
with the pretreatment)
Reprepare the reagent(s).
Clean the sample bottle and
stirring bar.
Clean the reagent tube(s).
Calibration
curve
The correlation coefficient (r)
shall be 0.999 or more.
Reprepare the reagent(s).
Clean the sample bottle(s) and
stirring bar.
Clean the glass components and
replace the reaction tubes.
“WARNING” shall not be
displayed in the calibration
curve window.
Reprepare the reagent(s).
Reprepare the standard solution.
Clean the glass components and
