2. Machine Feature 

This section introduces the use, capabilities, and configuration of the LPM3 tabletop servo press-fit machine. 

                   

 

 

2.1. Machine configuration 

 

1. C-type structure with three sides open active desktop. 
2. Easily move jigs and objects to be pressed with X-Y Table. 
3. In addition to the text, the light ON/OFF makes it easier to identify. 
4. The press head can be turned 90 degrees to match the direction and size of the connector. 
5. Button box- 

1) Emergency off button (EMO) - Use for emergency stop. 
2) Z axis control button - In the manual mode, the left button controls the Z axis down and the right button controls   

  the Z axis up. 

3) Start button - In both press-fit mode and recipe mode, both hands press simultaneously to start the job. 

 

6. Safety handle - Increase space and protection when replacing product fixtures. 
7. Work Lights (Optional) - Provides lighting to minor working conditions. 
8. Laser cross-marker (optional) - Assists positioning and marking of objects. 
9. Safety cover (optional) - Personnel safety protection. 
10. Barcode scanner (optional) - for backplane serial number input.
