Sterilizer NEWSTER



NW30

Put the machine in manual mode.

Start the rotor by pressing the

key, and at the same time start up the fan of filters by

pressing

, the resistance

and the pump

After 60 seconds, press the

key once again. Now the green LED will be off and

the pump will stop working.

When the temperature reaches 50 °C, press

Observe the ammeter. Once the consumption of electric current has fallen below 100

, wait

2 minutes while checking that the ammeter does not exceed this threshold. If it does not,

increase the speed motor by pressing the

key until the inverter gains 5 Hz.

If the ammeter does not exceed 100

repeat this operation after 2 minutes.

Observe the ammeter. If the ammeter does exceed 120

decrease the speed motor by

pressing the

key until the inverter loses 5 Hz.

Leave the rotor to rotate until the temperature of 150°C is reached. At this point press the

key until in the operator panel you can read 20

and the

key in order to switch

off the resistance.

After having reduced the motor speed, press the

button and cool the mass

until the temperature falls to about 95 °C. Press the

button again in order to

stop the cooling and wait a minute in order to allow the water to evaporate. After stoping the
“water in cell”, please check if “general water” is activated, otherwise activate it by pressing

At this point it is possible to unload the treated material by pressing the

button.

The unloading of the material will take about 2 minutes.

Once the unloading has finished, stop the rotor by pressing the

button.

Allow 2 minutes to pass, then close the unloading hatch by pressing the

key.
