Setting up parameters for Newport non-standard
stages/actuators for which all parameters are not available in the
Newport library.
Functional areas, views, and commands can be pre-set or user-
defined. Functional elements may be described as follows:

Selecting a stage

Editing Settings
•
Sending settings to the Driver
•
Clearing Driver Settings
The CDR-Util user interface is comprised of three main elements
whose relative locations in the main window are described in
Figure 6.
