• Carefully read the instructions before using the vertical vacuum
cleaner and keep them for future reference.
• This vacuum cleaner is an electrical device, and as such must meet
safety precautions. Make sure that the vacuum cleaner’s voltage
corresponds to its wiring.
• Turn off and unplug, without stretching the cord, after use, and before
you change accessories, clean it, and/or perform maintenance on it.
• Don’t leave the vacuum cleaner on unattended.
• Do not vacuum wet surfaces, water, or other liquids. Likewise, do
not vacuum hot substances, cutting or piercing substances such
as glass, nor noxious, aggressive, flammable, and/or explosive
substances.
• Do not dunk the device in water, nor pour water on it.
• Do not bring the device close to nor vacuum lit cigarettes, lighters,
matches, or other objects that give off heat. Do not place the vacuum
cleaner near heat sources.
• Do not touch the cord with wet hands due to risk of electrical shock.
• Do not bring nozzle or end of the tube to eye level.
• Nobody, except company-approved technicians, should take apart
or modify the product; doing so can cause of fire hazard, electrical
shocks, or personal injury.
• This vacuum cleaner is designed for domestic use.
• This device is not designed to be used by persons, including children,
with limited physical, sensorial, or mental capacities due to a lack of
experience and knowledge, except if they have received supervision
or instructions about using the device from the person responsible
for their safety.
• In the event of using an extension cord, make sure that it is in perfect
condition and that it adapts to vacuum cleaner’s power levels.
WARNING
Do not use if the power cord is damaged. This should be replaced
by an official service technician.
