Never immerse appliance in the water!
The grill plates have a non-stick coating, for this reason never use sharp objects, abrasive agents,
steel wool or even spray for cleaning either! Grill plates which were damaged because of improper
treatment do not justify a claim.
General Hints
The grill plates have a non-stick coating: only prior to initial use it therefore essential to grease
them slightly. Following that no more fat is necessary.
Spices the meat prior to grilling, however, salt it only afterwards since otherwise it will lose too
much taste.
Sausages must be pricked before grilling to prevent them from bursting.
Meat will be particularly tasty if pickled in marinade for some time before grilling.
If possible, take the meat out of the refrigerator half an hour before preparing it, since it will roast
quicker then, and you can avoid that thicker pieces of the meat will remain cold inside.
Choose side dishes to your own taste and let your imagination take its course. The most
delicious side dishes are tasty sauces, herb butter, fried vegetables, fresh salad, baked potatoes
and garlic bread.
