Initial Use
Take the grill maker out of the packaging and put it on a flat surface. Open the grill with the
handle, clean both baking plates with dry dishcloth. When the first baking operation, there
will be a bit smell and smoke come out, it is harmless and do not worry about it. After dry
baking about 5-10mins, they will disappear soon. Now slightly grease both plates with
some butter or oil and the grill maker is ready for use.
How to Operate the Appliance
After plugging the appliance into a socket and the pilot lamp will turn on, then heat up until the pilot
lamp goes off.
The grill maker is equipped with thermostat inside the housing, so it will work automatically after
input the power.
Put the baking food on the lower plate and close the upper baking plate gently by handle. Open it
to check the baking tastes. The baking times of different foods were listed below for reference.
Take off the plug from socket after you finish the baking and drop the extra oil from the oil tray
which fixed on the lower plate. Clean the plates and product after it cools down, then repack it for
better storage.
Never put too much food on the lower plate, it will make the grill maker do not get the perfect
baking purposes as you want.

The grilling time strongly depend on what kind of food you are baking and the thickness of the food.
Adjust the appliance’s working time on your own taste, so use above data just as a guideline!
Do not use any metal kitchen utensils on the appliance since they might scratch the grill
plates’ non-stick coating.
