Bluetooth Troubleshooting
Common causes for Bluetooth pairing failures and possible solutions:
Problem Cause Solution
Pairing failed Incorrect passkey Use 0000 as the passkey while
pairing.
Pairing failed Low battery Charge the MindSet com-
pletely before use.
Cannot see the MindSet while
searching for
Bluetooth devices
e MindSet is not in pairing
mode. Put the MindSet in pairing
mode by pressing inwards the
media/playback button until
the blue and red LED's ash.
Cannot add the SPP service
during pairing e MindSet's SPP service is
not available. Power cycle the MindSet and
pair again.
