For types of NTK, where the weight of the piston and the housing are only
slightly different, S1 and S2 are indicated, otherwise S1 and S3. The name
of the additional oscillating weight used is given in brackets (
K+SM 8-2
stands for "piston plus additional oscillating weight SM 8-2").
