Transport and storage
Special conditions of transport are not required.
Use suitable lifting equipment to move the NTK 85 E and the NTK 110 E.
A transport lug can be screwed into
the piston or into the housing (M 20
thread) when lifting.
Note:
The piston moves out of the
housing when lifted and into the
housing when lowered.
Be careful
when lifting and lowering
The NTK are packed and ready for assembly. Accessories and add-on
parts are delivered unmounted, unless otherwise agreed upon.
The packaging protects the NTK from transport damage. The packaging
material has been selected from an environmentally safe and technically
disposable point of view and is therefore recyclable.
The return of packaging to the material cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste.

Store the NTK in a dry and clean environment.
•
Protect the NTK from UV-exposures, weather and ozone.
•
The storage temperature is between -20 °C and +60 °C.
•
Close all openings when re-storing.
•
Preserve the NTK with steel housing before storing:
1. Put anti-corrosion oil into the air in- and outlet of the NTK.
2. Pull the piston of the NTK in and out while turning it several times.
3. Close the air supply connections of the NTK.
