MAINTENANCE & DIAGNOSTICS 

Selecting the Maintenance in the configuration window provides data on the current 
status of the ALK3701-IP’s features, the ability to test each function of the controller 
remotely and the ability to upgrade the firmware of the controller. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Status 

Provides the following data: 

 

Lock Status. 

Show the current status of the lock port of the controller 
(Locked/Unlocked). 

Door Status 

Shows the current status of the door, as indicated by the contacts 
monitoring door status (if connected).
