Swiss cheese Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients

1 1/4 cup water
*
1 tbsp butter or margarine
*
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
*
1 tsp salt
*
1 1/2 tsp hot mustard
*
1 1/2 tsp fennel seed
*
2 tbsp dry milk
*
3 cups white bread flour
*
1/3 cup corn meal
*
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
*
2 tsp active dry or 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu button; Select
Program #4
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color
Press the Start – Stop button or select the delayed start button

*
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt
*
3 cups white bread flour
*
1/3 cup wheat bran
*
2 tsp active dry or 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise
