9. Release latch with screwdriver (see detail) and pull off locking handle (Z).

10. Remove extraction head from coffee machine by releasing 2 latches 

(d, steps 1 and 2):
Push away neck side walls one after the other from housing main part with a screw-
driver. At the same time swivel extraction head and pull it out of housing main part.
