R E P A I R

Replacing water filter and water tank connector

1. Remove silicone elbow (F) from filter element (I). 
2. Set blade of a screwdriver on bordering of filter element (I). Press down filter 

element on one side with screwdriver. Then pull out filter element at the underside 
of the water tank connector by hand.

3. Remove water tank connector (H): 

Lift a part of the sealing lip with the fingernail of the thumb and press it into the 
opening of the housing back bowl (E). Grasp water tank connector at the underside 
of the housing back bowl and push it through carefully.

Assembly information

A new filter element can be inserted from above and pressed into the water tank 
connector. Do not remove water tank connector from housing back bowl.

Check that filter 
element is inserted 

correctly. Otherwise 
water tank can leak or 
water tank valve does not 
open.
