Replacing Trunk Parts

• Turn the unit again

• Mount 6 standoffs (spacers)

Note! 3 sizes – 12 mm/16 mm/22 mm

7 mm spanner! See figure!

• Place MCU heatsink with cooling fins down as shown

• With the Main Control Board up, lower the electronic unit

carefully down onto the bolts.

Note! Make sure that the bolts do not damage the electronics.
Note! Make sure that the Sil pad is positioned between the

bolt and the spool on the Power Board.

• Unscrew 6 standoffs (spacers)

Note!

3 sizes – 12 mm/16 mm/22 mm
7 mm spanner. See figure!

• Turn around the MCU

• Remove 4 unbraco screws

Note! M4x12 – 3 mm unbraco key

• Holding the unit together, turn it carefully around

• Mount 4 unbraco screws

Note! M4x12 – 3 mm unbraco key

• Holding the unit together, turn it upside once more

• Lift up/out electronic unit including main circuit board (top

side) and power supply (bottom side)

Note! Save the small SIL pad protecting the spool on the

power supply from being damaged by the fastening
screw.
