OPERATION MANUAL Postmaster - 6000

The printing system uses an ink jet technology. The ink container is in the printing base and
contains the ink required to print the machine operations.

The ink tank is specific to the base of the system in which it is installed. Never attempt to
install it in another mailing system.

When the tank is empty, it must be replaced.

The inkjet nozzle technology requires clean print heads for excellent print quality. The system
cleaning process is automatic.

Display data of the ink tank

You can view the level of ink and other data on the ink tank, including: :

•

Percent ink consumption

•

Color of the ink

•

the tank status (present or absent)

•

Date of first use.

Change the ink tank

1.

Open the ink tank drawer by pulling it towards you.

Check the expiration date (Best before) on the tank.
After that date, the warranty is no longer valid.
